B-Dynamic Breathwork

THIS IS A FACILITATED SESSION TO TRIGGER YOUR BODY’S NATURAl HEALING SYSTEM. A SPECIFIC BREATHING TECHNIQUE is used TO RELEASE UNPROCESSED EMOTIONS THROUGH BREATH, ENERGY, MOVEMENT AND SOUND VIBRATION.

The Process

The body, the mind and the soul know what needs to be released when you trust and surrender.

These combined processes bring you more into alignment on a spiritual, physical, mental and emotional level. Most people experience a deep sense of peace, calm, reduced anxiety and less stress post session. Some people find this modality life changing.

When combined with the Cold Water Therapy this session includes sound healing from Genevieve Pearson.

    connected breathing pattern, you can access deep states of relaxation, emotional healing, and

    expanded awareness.

  • Breathwork can help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, boost energy, release emotional

    blockages, and promote deep relaxation. Many people also experience a sense of inner peace,

    spiritual connection, and a shift in their mindset after a session.

  • In a session, you’ll be guided through a rhythmic breathing technique while lying down in a

    comfortable space. Sessions may include music, hands-on facilitation, (optional) and verbal

    guidance to help you relax and go deeper. You might feel tingling, emotional releases, or a

    profound sense of clarity—each experience is unique to you!
