Yoga
All our sessions are suitable for all (over 14) and all levels of fitness and flexibility. Do a little or do a lot everything is welcome. A key part of our ethos is connection, to nature to our community and to ourselves. The thread that runs through all our modalities is about encouraging you to reconnect with your core being, to listen, to feel on the inside. What feels right in the moment is right for you.
We offer a variety of yoga disciplines in our ceremonies which include, Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga. Please check the timetable or download the Gymcatch App for more details.
Your Guide
Leanne is our retreat yoga teacher and her personal journey has found yoga to be deeply healing that shifts the energy within and releases blockages held in the body. She uses her personal practice to help clear any feelings of anxiety, low mood, feelings of being ‘stuck’ unsure what to do.
The true beauty of yogic practice is using our body, breath and mind to heal. Recognising that with a little guidance and instruction we have the strength and the wisdom to access true inner peace, balance and harmony.
When we apply these practices we nurture the soul, we become aware and more conscious.
Yoga truly is a gift, when we tap into this ancient knowledge we realise that this is a sacred practice which can transform not only our body but free our minds, from lowering blood pressure, healing long term physical ailments, regulating the bodies cortisol levels and releasing stuck emotions on a cellular level.
We believe that our yoga offerings are suitable for all as we encourage you to tune into your body and only do as much or as little that feels right for you.

Because at Willowrose we believe that a class isn’t just a class, its a ceremony, we invite you to
step in our smudging zone and have your energy field cleansed before you enter the sacred space.
Everything is optional here so if it doesn’t feel right for you then simply say so. Once you have
chosen your spot ( everything is provided even down to the freshly filtered pure alkaline water)
you’ll be guided through a series of poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness level or age. With regular practice
your flexibility and strength will improve. We curate our classes in a way that helps you move so it
feels good for your body, without pressure or judgment.

A little goes a long way. Many people start with 1-2 classes per week, while others build up a daily
routine. The most important this is consistency - whether its a full class, a short home practice or
just a few mindful stretches each day. Yoga is about what works for you and your lifestyle.
